Cancellation Policy

 

 

The cancellation policy is as follows :

 

If you, as a client, cancel within 3 hours of the start time of your appointment, 50% of the value of that service will be added to your next booking.

If you no-show, the full value of the no-show will be added on to your next booking 

 

The reason we have to put this in place is to reduce the number of no-shows and late cancellations, as they are detrimental to our shop, as they would be to any appointment based business.

 

We wouldn't have a shop to provide a service that we all know you appreciate if we were to let everyone off. As much as we would love to, a small independent business can not function in this way.

 

As a result of this policy we advise to double check your appointment time at the time of booking and also on the day. On line bookers will receive an email reminder 24hrs before your appointment. 

 

We also ask to check journey times before your appointment to avoid any missed appointments and to ensure the charge doesn't apply to you.
